At the heart of downtown Salt Lake City lies one of the most advanced and modern theaters within Utah, the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. With theatrical seating to accommodate hundreds of visitors, it is also one of the largest.
Rose Wagner is a vital, active hub for emerging and established artists and arts organizations. With three performing spaces, the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center is the most versatile space in Salt Lake City and hosts well over 300 events each year.
With a large glass storefront entry that extends the length of the theatre, Rose Wagner has an impressive presence within the art community. Exposed framework coupled with modern wood finishes create a juxtaposition of architecture and design that transcends the elements of time. The original building was 21,000 sq and largely a rehearsal space with a small performing venue. Building Gods’Way added a new theater, offices, rehearsal rooms, banquet area and dressing rooms.
